By: Architectural Visions
Atlanta, GA – Architectural Visions Inc, (AVI) celebrates the success of the C.E.U. Curtain Call, occurring on Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Hosted by MyDesign Partners, an association of professional home design companies, of which AVI is a member, the event succeeded in helping architects and interior designers earn up to five CEUs in one day with no admission charged. Similar education credit events have charged as much as $200 admission.
The event was held in the historic Buckhead Theater, located at 3110 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA and featured ten presentations by various industry professionals that qualify architects for up to five AIA CEUs and interior designers for up to five ASID CEUs. Over 90 architects and interior designers attended the event and were able to earn education credits. Breakfast and lunch were served, along with raffles and prizes.
“The continuing education selections were all pertinent to our industry and well received by the architects and interior designers attending,” said Dale Peek, Architect of the Peek Design Group. “Kudos to all who were involved in pulling together this great event and I look forward to seeing you at the next one.”
“The C.E.U. Curtain Call event was a great program – it was a day full of great information,” said Laura Dupree, an Atlanta Architect. “The theater location was tons of fun, and all in all, it was a very convenient way to gain CEU credits while catching up with colleagues. The sponsors made it easy and fun!”
The hosting committee was chaired by AVI Architectural Consultant Katie Yielding Hughes.
