Look for Marvin Windows and Doors at The Next Cool Thing Event

This economic program draws the film, television, and design-related industries to Atlanta by offering substantial tax incentives.

The event will be held in a 90,000 square foot collaborative design pavilion featuring creative film and television show-themed vignettes. AVI’s Marvin window and door products will be part of a set design that re-imagines the Beverly Hillbillies’ mansion in up-to-the-minute modern style. On exhibit will be a Marvin Clad Inswing French door, and Marvin Clad Ultimate Casement, Polygon and Trapezoid windows.

“We’re excited to be a part of this showcase of Atlanta’s most creative talent,” said Peter Morrison, President of AVI. “Marvin windows and doors are appreciated for their innovation and design flexibility. They’ll be in good company at this unique event.”

The Next Cool Thing features various events catering to a variety of audiences. Red Carpet Cocktails kicks off Friday with live performances, food, and beverages from top area caterers, restaurants, and libations experts for the over-21 crowd. Guests are asked to “dress their best” for this “see and be seen party.” Saturday features film seminars and classes and an invitation-only VIP gala benefitting the Georgia Production Partnership. Saturday and Sunday feature a family open house and photo opportunity complete with live performances on the exhibit floor.
