We were very satisfied with the service. The French door is beautiful, and the support we received throughout the entire process was excellent. We needed the door by a specific date, and Barry, our sales agent, went above and beyond to help expedite the process and accommodate our timeline. We truly appreciated his help and the overall experience.

100% avoid - not accountable, they’ll say things to make you feel heard and comfortable, but it's a lie and they'll do something else
Sales heavy (Barry & Shawn) - poor after sales considerations, shabby installation (confirmed by another contractor and Home Builder Association)

This might seem odd with 5 star reviews, it's part of the reason why I went with them, but my experience was anything but.

Full review to follow, but wanted to get this out ASAP so you know

Just completed installing a couple dozen custom Marvin Elevate large picture windows in our kitchen, family room, and primary bathroom, plus two patio doors. Game changer to the design and feel of our home in Colts Neck. Sale was completed with patience for all of our questions. Windows are custom so manufacture and delivery took awhile. Once on site, the installation crew arrived early everyday and worked efficiently throughout to completion. What was once a weird family room with picture windows made to look like doors, is now a natural light paradise that makes our patio seem as if it is an extension of our family room.

My wife and I are so very happy that we put the Marvin ultimate windows in our lake house. When we did a complete renovation, the Marvin sliding doors and huge windows made the view the lake spectacular.
We could not be more pleased with the product and service that we got from AWD.

I highly recommend Authentic Window Design. Our sales consultant, Kyle, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the best option for our needs. He did not try to up-sell like some of the competitors. The windows arrived in 3 weeks. The installation team was courteous, efficient and very careful in protecting furniture etc. They cleaned up very well. AWD is also very well priced. Would definitely use them again.

I had 3 seperate projects completed by Authentic Window Design. The quality of product and professional installation was a great experience, Andrew (sales) and Omar (installer) were very knowledgable, kind, and professional. One project had an installation issue and AWD worked with Marvin and the installation team to correct the issue fast and communicated through the entire process. We had quotes from several other window companies in our area and AWD had the best prices, most friendly staff, and the best Marvin products! I will be using AWD in the future and recommending to my friends and family.

Thank you!

I cannot say enough how AWESOME the experience was I had with Authentic Window Design. I was looking to replace all of my first floor doors (5 in total) and wasn't quite sure where to turn. After looking online I saw that Authentic Window Design had great reviews, so I reached out to them, and it ended up being the best call I could've made.

Our project manager, Natacha, did and AMAZING job in putting all of the details of the project together, providing various ideas and options. Her professionalism and excellent customer service skills are second to none.

The installation team, lead by Jamith, was courteous, professional, clean and ensured the job was done correctly.

I cannot recommend enough the team at Authentic Window Design. If you need window or door replacement, you need to look no further!

We needed 24 windows to replace 1958 aluminum framed windows, which included 3 picture window units of 9 ft., 7 ft., and 6 ft. lengths, as part of the renovation of our family home. After extensive research into several window manufacturers and contractors, we chose Authentic Window Design, a Marvin dealer and installer in Westchester County, NY. We just had the job done and are very we chose them.

We were highly impressed with the knowledge, presentation and low-pressure, helpful approach of their sales consultant, Natacha Montoya.

We chose the Marvin Essential all-fiberglass window line because of their quality, strength (8x’s stronger than vinyl), slim design, durability and being primarily maintenance-free, along with their 10-year transferable warranty. We had concern about air leakage because the side of the home with the most windows and a sliding door unit was subjected to temperature extremes due to its southern exposure. The Marvin Essential windows met our concerns about expansion and contraction because the frame and sash expand at the same rate as the glass so there is less chance of air leakage. Given the strength of the fiberglass there is less chance of warping and cracking.

And, we can’t say enough wonderful things about the craftsmanship and job done by Vlad and his installation crew from Authentic. They were courteous, respectful of our property, neat, clean, and efficient. The floors and stairs were covered upon the crew’s arrival so there was no concern about tracking dirt and debris in the home. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned up after themselves. On top of that, the 3 ½ inch exterior trim around the windows and sliding door unit and the 2 ½ inch colonial trim, sill and apron on the interior of the windows were done to perfection.

We highly recommend Authentic Window Design… 5 stars out of 5!

Authentic Window Design is the real deal. They were very professional, timely and communicative throughout, at a very competitive price point. We had 16 windows installed and bought a slider through them that we installed in our 1896 row house. Our sales guy Frank was always available for an update or to discuss design, Maggie in the office was super re scheduling and the installers were top notch: efficient, thorough, friendly and clean. Cannot recommend this company highly enough

We highly recommend Authentic Window Design – Frank, Maggie and Miguel and his installation team.

Frank visited a couple of times, listened carefully and was invaluable in helping us navigate the many component options for 8 replacement windows in an old city townhouse. Maggie efficiently coordinated the project and the resulting windows (Marvin Elevate and Signature) were installed by Miguel and his team. Their attention to detail – from excellent prep to thorough clean-up, professional workmanship and general courtesy and cheerfulness – made the mid-December installation painless (in spite of a snowstorm mid-way through)!

We couldn’t be happier with the result. The windows look lovely inside and out, and provide much better insulation from the elements and noise. Thank you!

There are many choices one can make when purchasing windows. When we began our research we found AWD. From the website to the initial conversation and walk through, to the estimate, measuring and installation, all were professionally done. We were relieved to replace our old drafty windows and thankful to have had it completed by experts. Frank Kelly is a gentleman and I would highly recommend working with him and his team.

I have had 4 projects completed by Authentic Window Design. All the windows in my house as well as my front and patio doors were replaced. This included some brand-new construction as well. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was performed. I could not imagine better performance or result. I have never had reason to call them back for repairs or touch-up. This is over many, maybe mare than 10, years. All the people I worked with were very helpful and great to work with, including the estimator, manager, installers, construction crew, and office personnel. I’ve worked with Frank Kelly on all 4 jobs and he is one of the best. You can’t go wrong with Frank or with Authentic Window Design, they’ve definitely earned 5 stars!
