AVI Installation Warranty

Architectural Visions Inc. (AVI) offers a 10-year limited Installation Warranty to the original purchaser, in addition to all applicable manufacturers’ product warranties. This warranty covers the cost of materials and labor required to correct installation-related defects that are directly attributable to improper workmanship by AVI.

Scope of Coverage:
This warranty applies solely to the installation services provided by AVI and does not extend to product defects, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from factors beyond AVI’s control.

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:
– Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance
– Alterations, repairs, or modifications by others
– Water intrusion resulting from structural deficiencies or design issues not related to installation
– Acts of nature (e.g., wind, hail, flooding) or other external forces
– Failures due to product defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Important Conditions:
– Warranty coverage is valid only if the product and installation are paid for in full.
– This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
– Claims must be reported to AVI in writing within the warranty period.

Owner-Directed Installation Requests: If the owner requests installation methods that do not comply with the manufacturer’s standard practices or product instructions—such as placing units in out-of-square, out-of-level, or out-of-plumb wall conditions, or in locations where proper anchoring or approved waterproofing cannot be achieved—AVI’s Installation Warranty will not apply to those conditions or any resulting issues.
